Setting up your mail account can sometimes be hard work, but this section will help you to do it with ease – if you have any problems, call our Technical Support team on 0901 023 0373 and they will be happy to talk you through it step-by-step!
| How to add POP3 or IMAP in Apple Mail |
| 1. Start Mail |
| 2. Click Mail, then Preferences.... The Preferences screen will appear. Click the Accounts section button. |
| 3. Click the Plus button at the bottom left corner of the window. |
| 4. A General Information sheet will be shown. Enter the following information, then press Continue. |
Account Type: POP or IMAP |
| Account Description: macunlimited.net |
| Full Name: Your name as you'd like it to appear to others |
| Email Address: username@macunlimited.net |
5. An Incoming Mail Server sheet will be shown. Enter the following information, then press Continue. |
Incoming Mail Server: mailin.macunlimited.net |
| User Name: username@macunlimited.net |
| Password: Your usual macunlimited.net password |
6. Mail will test its connection to the IMAP server. If it reports a problem, check your settings then press Continue. This sometimes happens even when there is not really a problem. |
| 7. A Incoming Mail Security sheet may be shown. Leave the settings on this sheet at their default values and press Continue. |

8. An Outgoing Mail Server sheet will be shown. Enter the following information, then press Continue.

| Outgoing Mail Server: mailout.macunlimited.net |
| Use Authentication: Ticked |
| User Name: username@macunlimited.net |
| Password: Your usual macunlimited.net password |
9. Mail will test its connection to the SMTP server.If it reports a problem, check your settings then press Continue. This sometimes happens even when there is not really a problem. |
| 10. An Outgoing Mail Security sheet may be shown. Leave the settings on this sheet at their default values and press Continue. |
| 11. An Account Summary sheet will be shown. Click Continue. |
| 12. A Conculusion sheet will be show. Click Done. |
| 13. Close the Accounts (Preferences) window. |
| How to add POP3 or IMAP in Entourage 2004 |
| 1. Launch Entourage |
| 2. Click Tools then Accounts. |
4. The Account Setup Assistant will appear. Enter the following information, then press the next arrow in the bottom right corner of the window.

E-mail address: username@macunlimited.net

| 5. Entourage will inform you that automatic configuration failed. Press the next arrow in the bottom right corner of the window. |
6. The Verify and Complete Settings page will be shown. Enter the following information, then press the next arrow in the bottom right corner of the window.

| E-mail address: username@macunlimited.net |
| Account ID: username@macunlimited.net |
| Password: Your usual macunlimited.net password |
| Save password in Mac OS X Keychain: Ticked |

| Incoming mail server type: Either POP or IMAP |

Outgoing mail server: mailout.macunlimited.net

| 7. The Optional: Verify Settings page will be shown. Press Verify My Settings. |
| 8. If Entourage reports a problem, go back and check your settings, otherwise press the next arrow in the bottom right corner of the window. |
| 9. The Setup Complete page will be shown. Change the settings on this page if you wish then press Finish. |
| 10. Close the Accounts window.

| How to add IMAP in Outlook Express |
| 1. Start Outlook Express |
| 2. Click Tools, then Accounts. The Internet Accounts screen will appear. Choose the All tab. |
| 3. All accounts must be removed before continuing. Click on an account, then click Remove. Repeat this process until all accounts have been removed from the list. |
| 4. Click the Add button and choose Mail from the drop down list. |
| 5. Enter the following information, as you are prompted by the Internet Mail Wizard: |
Email Address :username@macunlimited.net |
| Incoming IMAP Mail Server:mailin.macunlimited.net |
| Outgoing SMTP Mail Server:mailout.macunlimited.net |
| Click where it says "My outgoing server requires authentication" |

6. Click Finish to save changes.

| How to add IMAP in Outlook 2000
|
| 1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2000
|
| 2. Click on Tools menu and select Accounts
|
| 3. Select the Mail tab and Click on the Add button and select Mail
|
| 4. Input your full name if you would like to show it in the From field of outgoing message and click next
|
| 5. Input your postmaster account name together with domain name username@macunlimited.net and click next
|
| 6. Enter the following information, as you are prompted by the Internet Mail Wizard:

| Incoming IMAP Mail Server: mailin.macunlimited.net
|
| Outgoing SMTP Mail Server: mailout.macunlimited.net
|
| Click where it says "My outgoing server requires authentication"

| and Click on Next

| 7. Enter the following information, as you are prompted by the Internet Mail Wizard:

| 1. Start Microsoft Outlook 2003 |
| 2. From the "Tools" menu, select the "E-Mail Accounts" Item |
| 3. Choose "Add a new email account", click "Next" |
| 4. Choose the third option, "IMAP" |
5. Enter the following information, as you are prompted by the Internet Mail Wizard:
