For customer service and technical support outside of office hours please callĀ  0905 067 0033. Calls to this number are charged at 60p per minute. Callers must be over 18. If you are not legally responsible for the charges incurred on the telephone line you use then please ensure you have the permission of that person before making the call.

Dear Users,

The engineers have identified the issue with the mail servers and put in place a fix to resolve the issue.

Users may have received bounce back errors from the servers. In this case the emails should be re-sent as these were not received by the system.

Upon testing we have seen an increase in mails sent and received to the servers over the last couple of days.

We will continue to monitor them to ensure further issues are avoided.
